Thank you for your interest in participating in Blue Barn’s 6th annual open house! The event is a fantastic opportunity to display your talents and share your business with all our 2021/2022 booked couples as they begin their wedding planning process.
Saturday, April 17th 10:00 am-3:00 pm
9:00-10:15 am Setup
Couples will start arriving at 10am in sessions. They will begin in the Harvest room to sample menu items then head down to the event pavilion for planning and vendor mingling.
Sunday, April 18th from 1:00pm-4:00pm.
12:00pm-1:10pm – Set-up time (if not already)
1:00pm-3pm - Private viewing/planning time for already booked couples. This is the perfect opportunity to meet our 2020/21 couples in an intimate and personal setting and introduce your services as they embark on their planning process.
3:00pm-4:00pm - Open to the public marketed through social media and the 150+ leads and inquiries we've received in the last several months.
Vendor registration is available until space or categories are filled (*limited). To respect our vendor’s interests, we allow just 1-2 vendors per category. We will have one 8' table available for your and you're welcome to bring additional tables if needed.

You are welcome to setup a table one or both days. It's up to you if you want to be present or just have a display table with your information.
You don't have to be present for the goodie bag/folder option and that is open to unlimited industry professionals. This is a good option if your are unable to attend or your category is already filled.
All vendor fees go directly into marketing efforts to increase attendance.
