Booth spaces will be 10x10 Vendor will be responsible for their own tables, chairs and tent (optional) Booths must be set-up before 5 p.m.
Booth cost is ONLY $10.00 ($11.00 if paid online)

Please complete printable registration form with $10 (made payable to Blue Barn Berry Farm) and return on or before July 7, 2014 or complete online form for $11.00.
**Blue Barn Berry Farm reserves the right to refuse any vendor, product or service. By submitting the following form, it does not guarantee space or availability. You will receive a confirmation within 2 business days after information is reviewed. If you are denied for any reason, and immediate refund on the booth cost will be processed.
Exhibitor is solely responsible for his/her own exhibit and should insure against loss or damage. Booth spaces do not have electricity. Booth space must be set up on or before 5 p.m. and must remain set up until at least 8:00 p.m. (with all must be removed by dark).
Exhibitor / vendor agrees that Blue Barn Berry Farm will not be responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may arise to a Vendor (exhibitor), their employees and/or their goods either while in transit to or from vendor space or during display time, or from any cause whatsoever.
By submitting the online form, I have read the above and will comply with the Terms and Conditions for vendor/exhibitor at the Blue Barn Berry Farm.
