Step 3: Bar details -  You have 3 options to fit your budget! 
1. Host Bar. Perfect for a group that a has over half the guest that will have a drink or two (some many more) or if you want a large drink selection for your guest.  
2. Pre-purchased set order.  Great if you have a set budget to spend on the bar or for a moderately drinking crowd that is okay with a smaller selection of drink choices.   We would help you with what an average wedding would consume based on your guest size. 
3. Cash Bar.  Guest pay for their drinks and you would just be responsible paying for bar service and permit ($150 total). 
Question: How can I estimate the amount of alcohol I will need for my event?
Answer: A moderate drinking wedding would average 2-2 1/2 beer drinks per person (or 1 Keg per 75 people) and 1 bottle of wine per 7 people.  You are welcome to visit some drink calculators online.  We are happy to help you with your estimate!
